This includes workmanship verification on installations, repairs, efficiency of equipment & processes, equipment reliability, root cause analysis, risk analysis, safety risks etc.

All inspections and audits are executed in accordance with the International Organization for Standardization, ISO 19011:2018(E).

We also offer process and management audits with the main aim on cost saving, reliability, risk reduction and efficiency.

We do periodic risk assessment on behalf of our clients. This can be done in one of three categories:

  1. Infrastructure and Equipment
    We do periodic inspections on equipment to identify breakdown risks and energy efficiency of equipment.
  2. Process Flows
    We do periodic audits on production processes to ensure optimum flow and identify potential risks in
    terms of losses.
  3. Management Systems
    We do periodic audits on management systems based on the standards implemented by the ISO

All observations, compliance and non-compliance, are documented and reported. Trend analysis is also used as a tool to do risk assessment over the lifespan of the equipment.

Confidentiality Statement:

All information gained during and after inspections, or audits, will not be shared with other parties and opposition parties. Information will only be shared with the auditee’s company and in third party audits with the client.

Root cause analysis of faults are determined using various technologies, unlike traditional repairs wich only repair the resulted breakdown of the actual fault. This is basically just nursing the symptom.
